Thai Cooking Class

I went to a Thai cooking class today! it was 1000 Thai Bach, and so worth it! they picked me up at 9:40am, and by 1:30pm, I was back, so not super long. I thought that Thai food would be hard and complicated to make, but in reality, its so simple! I got to choose which dishes to make, from 10 choices, and they did not take a lot of prep time, a lot of cooking time, very fast to make. and soo delish! I chose to make Spring Rolls, Chicken Cashew, and Pad Thai, a very common dish in Thailand. yum! I could not eat the spring rolls because by then I was full, but I took them with me and hopefully the others will eat some. I also got to keep the recipe book, and all the dishes in there are easy to make and fast to make! and they look very impressive! I cannot wait to cook some for my friends when I get back to Texas! they'll totally be impressed with my Thai cooking. and I love cooking, and I'm super excited to get to add some more dishes(international ones to boot)to my cooking repertoire. lol. it makes me want to learn more dishes, from as many countries as possible! do a world cooking tour and visit countries and learn a dish from each one. but in reality, one by one is much simpler and affordable. im way excited!!! it definitely boosted my cooking ego, and i loved it! we got to see their garden, and that was a neat little tour! so cool!
